  • Dr. Douglas is AMAZING! She is not only compassionate, she also takes the time to explain what is going on with my boys. This Doctor seriously needs to move to a better office (literally) with NEW STAFF! Most of these employees are in "training" that they even FORGOT to notify me about my son's 6 month well-check!!! I had to remind them and their response was that "I don't know what happened" The wait is RIDICULOUS!! Usually takes about 1 hours to check in-see the doctor but I have been there when I was waiting for 3 HOURS!!!! Imagine with kids??? Saturday appointments are all taken/booked. They over book their appointments. This review does not go towards the doctors (they are amazing) but the structure needs to change. Every time we go we see a different doctor.... is it not Dr. Douglas consistently... therefore, I am taking my business elsewhere where I will not be waiting almost half day to see a doctor! Good Luck on seeing Dr. Douglas!
