  • I would definitely NOT take my car to this ship!! I was told tat my car would be taken to the Volvo dealer to be checked out for the clunking I heard after the accident. That did not happen they had their mechanic look at it. The told me they test drove it and did not hear it. They said it was fine however I took it to a Volvo mechanic and there were broken struts mounts Causing the clunking. They told me that my car would be ready on Wednesday I called for two days to find out about my car and my call was not returned until Friday at 3:30 pm when I was on my way out of town. When I got my car back there were scratches and dents in the rear quarter panel that were not there when I dropped off the vehicle. (They did send out Phoenix Dent Repair, who did an awesome job.) Finally when I picked up my car there was a crack in my windshield that was not there when I dropped off the car. They refused to fix it as they told me the car was never off of the lot thus the crack did not happen at their facility. BEWARE!!!!
