  • Ridiculous!! Everywhere on the auction site, they say you MUST pickup your items during certain times ONLY! But these guys are so unprepared. They started late. They have some items at the location AND some items at their office. Not only that, no one is at the office for me to pick up my items. It is now 940am, 40 min AFTER the times listed for me to get my stuff and still no one is available! I have work soon. That is why I show up at 9am. My time is just as valuable. There are times for a reason. The last at the site kept saying as soon as someone gets here I will send them to the office. Guess you need employees that show up on time! Don't think I will be using this auction site in the future.
