We ordered our Frrrozen Hot Chocolate from the walk up window - it was perfect for us as we didn't want to sit and be served. We just wanted a Frrrozen Hot Chocolate on the go!
It tasted exactly like the the Serendipity 3 in New York. However, in New York I feel like the overpriced $10 dessert goes towards the ambiance, the experience, the cute tables/chairs and old-fashiony ice cream dishes.
In Vegas, we got a plastic cup handed to us through a little window and later we were like, "huh, $10 for a shake." Even still, I'd do it all over again tomorrow. What's $10 in Vegas anyways? It just meant I had $10 less to lose in the Wizard of Oz penny slots!
