I have mixed feelings from my time here. When walking in for my appointment the receptionist was busy and there were a line of girls paying for the manicures. The entry way was small so it was a bit awkward to stand there. The techs don't greet you and receptionist was busy so I was ignored. It was only early afternoon so I think they should do a BETTER job of multi-tasking and greeting customers.
I waited for my nail tech to get finished. When the receptionist mentioned I was there for my appointment she was just like "Yeaaa" very unapologetic. (For scheduling an appointment they were late for at least 15 minutes) I have NEVER had to wait for a nail appointment.
I finally was moved to the pedi station with a different girl which made a HUGE difference. The receptionist finally had a chance to assist me with water which was helpful.
My nail tech Tam was really nice and patient and listened to what I wanted. I think the cuticle cutting for pedi could be a little gentler but my experience was much better with her. She also designed the cutest pineapple nails for me from Pinterest! I'm very happy with my vacation ready nails.
Final thoughts: They could definitely improve on their service and time management here. But the quality of work is really good!
