  • This is the most ghetto establishment I have ever been to. I call myself trying to make an appointment to have my extensions installed and from the time that I called I should have known. If you want to go to a place where the workers are half dressed, curses and talks about smoking weed; then this is for you! I had a very poor overall customer service experience. First of all they require you to pay cash only, so if you dispute anything they don't have to worry about refunding any of your money. The stylist who installed my extensions swear she knew what she was doing but she is really clueless about installing weaves. I am accustomed to spending a pretty penny on weaves and having top notch customer service. I had a celebrity wedding in Bora Bora to attend and you would think that I would be walking advertisement for not only the salon but the stylist instead she had me looking so foolish. Tracks were exposed, I had jumbo braids, and huge spaces throughout. The following day I went to return to show the stylist the poor quality of work and she caught a nasty attitude with me for a service that I not only paid for but left a generous tip too. I then had to let her know that if I paid for a service there is no need to catch an attitude but show some customer service and correct the problem. She continued to roll her eyes and neck and asked me what do I want her to do about it. This is very disgraceful. The owner is not only aware of this behavior but condones it which hence the reason why her staff conducts themselves as such. I don't expect this business to last much further past her lease agreement. SMH...
