  • Registered and reserved our car under my sister's name. I bought and paid for everything online at RentalCars.com and when I went to pick up my car I was told I had to pay for insurance AGAIN. I ended up paying $200 for a depost (was not mentioned online) and $100 more dollars because they didn't recognize the insurance I bought online from one of their third party websites! Then when I tried to call them to see why the prices advertised online were different from the actual location they HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME MULTIPLE TIMES!! I will NEVER rent a car from them again. I should have stuck with Enterprise considering they actually honored the prices the advertise and genuinely care about customer service.
