  • I went to Mync for eyebrow shaping. I have uneven brows, and didn't mention this because I assumed the stylist would aim for even brows (as mentioned in other reviews). Unfortunately, it wasn't until the very end that she even noticed, suddenly exclaiming that one was higher than the other! I now have extremely unequal eyebrows, with one wayyy higher and thicker than the other. They are much worse than before. What a waste of 7 weeks of growth. It was bright and clean, and they were all very nice, and offered me free lemon water and a little brush, however I will not be returning. Follow up: Not long after I wrote my review, I received both an email AND a hand written card apologizing for my experience, and offering me a free brow shaping. Not sure if I'll go back, but I'm very impressed with this level of customer service!
