  • Four houses and five security doors and a railing later, we are still very satisfied with the quality of the products we have purchased. Is the company perfect? No...but who is? It's always an issue when you have to hire employees that don't care as much as you about a company. In general, every door was installed and work perfectly. The quality is what I would expect. On the oldest install, it has been over 10 years. That door still performs like new. Our new home has excellent quality as well. If you are comparing your purchase to what you would get at Home Depot, go to Home Depot. This company is for someone who wants more upscale products for the home.
