  • While it's conveniently located for ASU students and a beautiful and modern property, this is not the place you want to invest in for your year's stay. It's highly over priced, as compared to other residential options and the management is difficult to work with and infamous for imposing additional charges. The pool and room/apartment size & design are a definite plus, but they come with a price. There are definitely more reasonable accommodations in the area for students. Not to mention, the wifi service is extremely slow, making life as a student pretty difficult. The construction is very poor, with drawers, racks, and bathroom appliances constantly breaking, so better have maintenance on your speed dial. It's not a bad place at all, but you should have the finances to suffice your stay, which can add up easily when you're a student.
