  • Wow! I don't know what happened, but this used to be an amazing place to stay. This last experience was terrible. Rude front desk people!...extremely so...just what you don't need after a long flight. I am a Hilton Honors member, but will never stay here again. Too bad as this was always our "go to" place when flying out of Charlotte.
