  • If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. Our AC was giving us problems so we went through our home warranty and were given this company. After 24 hrs nobody had contacted us so I called them. They said it would be two days before anyone could come which was fine with us but they would call me the next day with a time frame. We received no call the next day so I called them again. I was told they might come out that night but possibly not, either way they would call. No call again later that night and no show. My husband called the next morning for another time frame since we both work. It would be sometime after 5pm we were told and they didn't show or call all night AGAIN. We then called Saturday morning and were told they'd be there within an hr, three hrs later he showed up and the AC was working so he couldn't do anything and he left. We then called the next time it went out and they waited another day to return our call. At one point they even told us they tried calling for someone to come but nobody answered, yet we had no missed calls or Msgs. We since hired another company and they completed the job with the AC running the whole time.
