  • Very pleasant experience mailing priorty letter on drizzily Friday afternoon 1/30. Two clerks available working a line consistently 10 customers long. When I got to counter clerk was extremely courteous and professional. Gave me several options and the best option saved me $10 in fees with guaranteed delivery and tracking that beat my delivery deadline by two days. This was definitely a positive and unexpected encounter.
