  • call this family owned business asap for a water softener! this went as smooth as possible and I'm glad it did for this type of investment. amber, who picked up the phone was very informational and helpful with all the questions i asked. she was never pushy like other companies believe me, i did my research and called around town, commercial companies as well as local companies. they were able to schedule me within a few days. i scheduled for the earliest appointment in the morning and they gave me a 2 hr window. john arrived in the first 15 min of the 2 hr window. he was very nice and helpful and answered all the questions i had. the whole process took less than 2 hrs. it was very clean, no mess. john walked me though everything i needed to know and do. i'm very thankful for colburn - thank you amber and john! very reasonable prices as well. thank you thank you colburn!
