This was my first time purchasing lip stick with MAC. I had a few colors in mind from a friend who regularly wears MAC. I am out of state and came to Vegas and of course as soon as we land we go to the MAC on the side with the D gate. I purchased it Thursday by Saturday the tubing would not remain closed. The lipstick got everywhere (liquid lipstick) I figured I will return to where I purchased (the airport) once I return to airport on way back to my home. I go today to see what can be done on my brand new tube of lipstick being broke and pretty much to the point it spills everywhere so I can't use it. The lady pretty much tells me to buy another one though I have a full tube just the cap won't screw close stating because she is unable to replace it and if she calls the manager they will say the same. My issue is the poor customer service I had my receipt and one of the ladies was present that was present when I purchased and said nothing. I felt I just purchased it and better customer service would be to replace it and have customers returning not leaving with a bad experience and feeling as though its all about the dollar and not the actual quality of customer service. This experience is making my shy away from MAC though I just started purchasing from them. Once I was serviced poorly I didn't even bother purchasing an additional lipstick I wanted because I didn't like the service treatment and the lack of customer service.
