| - we used to have a place in montreal and chloe was right around the corner. she makes really good chocolate, has a great flair for flavor and presentation, and i very proud of her work. i would give her crap all the time--how small the chocolate was, the price, the lack of samples. she would come back with her own crap, because she knows her chocolate is good and that i will pay any price for it.
there should be a chloe shop on every corner of town, but that would mean that there were enough people willing to work and do a solid job and be a bright, shining star of the community.
i recommend a little of everything chocolate, plus throw in some of her caramel, too. but if you think chocolate and basil are not a good pairing, maybe you should try some. or the chocolate with pepper. try something new and enjoy because that taste is going to be on your palate for about 20+ minutes.
