| - I haven't bought a bike yet, but I just had one of the best customer experiences talking to the salesperson there today that I remember having in a while. He was extremely knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, was very patient and helpful, yet not pushy at all. On top of that, he happened to be a retired police officer, which was helpful in answering the questions I had about the possibility of e-bike theft, and about the rules of riding bikes on roads.
In addition to my salesperson, the other employees were also awesome. I did a test ride and the mechanic took at least ten minutes tuning the bike up, and doing whatever else they do, before I took it our for a ride. I've only used the bikes with relatively low seats in my lifetime, and didn't really know how to use the ones that have seats parallel with the handlebars. The guy was very patient with me, explaining everything about how get on and off, how to brake, etc.
