  • I can say I used to enjoy going to this store, but due to horrible customer service, I will no longer return. I decided to get some items and when going to the front desk to pay, the ignorant lady was on her tablet. Didn't acknowledge me for a long while, then said, hold on, I'll be right back. She stayed in the back so long, I went toward the side waiting. She went to help others and I decided to put the items down and walk out. She then proceeded to follow me out the store. I told her, you have nerve to harass me and you're the reason I'm leaving and to learn some customer service! She takes down my license plate like I stole something! Really!???? Wow! I really hope the owner takes a look at the type of employees to hire. All this on Labor Day! I won't set foot in this store ever! Thanks for the experience United Beauty Supply!
