rev:text	The staff at Blue Pearl was knowledgeable, kind and compassionate with me and my dog when we used their services. Henry was vomiting, lethargic and his heart was racing when I took him to Blue Pearl, They got to him immediately, I had barely started the new patient paperwork when someone came out to check on him and they took him to the back to get him stabilized. Staff members kept me informed on what was happening with Henry. They even offered to call his veterinarian for me and they got him ready to leave so I could take him to his regular vet. They helped me get him into the car and sent everything I needed with me. While I hope to not have to use emergency veterinary services again, it's a comfort to know they are there when you need them and that they are a caring and compassionate group. Thank you for being there for me and Henry when we needed you!
