Wow. And I mean that in a bad way.
Came here prepared to buy an Outback with the specific information from the inventory posted on the 'net. Salesman had no idea if the car was in stock. Initially told us it was in the service center. Later told us it had been sold. Couldn't answer any of my questions about the model.
Due to our total lack of confidence in a dealer that can't close a "sure-thing" sale, we drove 1.5 hours to Springfield and were happy with the process.
BTW, car is great.
