  • Walmart store #5124--Glendale 5605 W Northern Ave Glendale, AZ 85301 (623) 934-6920 I tried calling this store today to see if they have an item in stock. I had the UPC# the model# and the item name. The person refused to help me and said, "I don't have a way to look that up". I asked her, "Are you saying your store is not computer compatible? Because you should be able to look it up with this information" She said, "I am telling you I don't have a way to look that up" So I asked to speak to a manager to see if they can help me. I finally hung up because no one came to the phone.I know this is poor customer serviceand I would like to report your employees lack of knowledge and training at that store. Maybe putting this out to the public will help Walmart understand that customer service is still important to doing business.
