  • We stayed at their Thomas Road/Hayden Road rental and it was by far the very worse of where we have stayed before. From the time we got there we had garbage in our assigned parking lot. We heard gun shots the first night and 2 days later we saw 5 bullet holes in the building not 20ft from my daughters window. The wifi is very spotty and slow and they started construction from 6.30 am through 10.30 pm. I have a 1 and 5 year old and as it was retiling the floor above it was extremely noisy. We sent pictures to both rental company and the owner of the property "Padzu" and we got no response. The rental company recommended that we book an alternative place but because the owner of this unit did not communicate, the rental company keep double rent after the booking was done. Find any other of the wonderful rental companies in the area ( if you need some ideas just message me). Worse stay EVER!
