  • Staff at desk does great job. Hit or miss on therapists - too bad this chain doesn't treat its employees better and do a better job of recruiting and retaining good therapists. The massage therapy schools in Pittsburgh area are really sketchy too, so your best hope is someone trained in a larger city at a better school.
