  • This location varies depending on time and day you come. It's located inside the downtown Markham VIP strip. Tons of parking underground and above. I tend to come during the off hours so I never have a problem getting a table if I want to sit down. The line there can move slowly depending on who is working. But if I'm standing there with my friends it really isn't so bad. I once had to listen to one guy bitch behind me about how long the line is with his friend and they left right before getting to the counter....like ok...you're basically next but cool... You get a mix of people coming through this location because it's located in the same building as the gym and movie theatre. The tables are generally clean but often left with litter from lazy customers who can't throw away their napkins but can throw away their cups. They recently added a patio section with umbrellas. I came here one and they were just making tapioca and told me it would be a 10-minute wait and I asked if I could substitute the tapioca in my QQ jelly with pudding instead and she had no problem doing so. Really depends on who is on cash and who is making your drinks.
