Man. So there's definitely some good and some bad. I've been a customer since my daughter was very little. Must have been *some* good because I've been overpaying for cheaply made bows for over 7 years.
Gotta say, they're as adorable as all get out and the lady who makes them puts a lot of work into it but 5 dollars is the cheapest bow they have and then the price goes up depending on how frilly they are. One bow, five dollars. For five dollars per bow, we've had so many that just don't last. Not that many things do on kids but while they're beautifully done, don't expect the quality to last.
I think the thing that is most annoying is I was in there recently (hadn't been in, in probably over a year). They asked (as they've been asking for years now), if I was a member of their rewards program. I guess if you're a member they offer some kind of perk? I think I was told if you spend a certain amount of money, you get a free bow. I don't know... It's been years now they promise to write down my name and my purchase on my so called "card" when I leave but I have to yet to see any reward from their "rewards program". So if they write down your name when you leave, how do they know you're due for your free bow? Sneaky!!
Just my 2 cents. I don't love how they do business and won't be back.
