  • Yeah NEW PLACE in place of Pho Van (did not like the owner nor service at Pho Van): New Owners, New Interior, Great Service, Very Nice STAFF and the food is very good. I've been to the sister restaurant in Mekong Palace in Mesa. I like this one better because it is closer to me, the food seems the same. I met 2 friends here, we started off with the A2 (2 soft spring rolls) and then #6 (Pho with lean rare steak, well done flank and tripe), #7 (Pho with tendon and tripe) # S1 (Central region spicy beef based noodle soup with flank, brisket and pork hock). All the food was very fresh, and tasted great. My only minor comment would be all 3 bowls of soup could of been hotter in temperature, other than that, excellent! Atmosphere: very nice, Service: excellent (nice that the owner checks on customers), Food: very good
