  • Looks like I'm not the only customer that the owner snarled at. We ordered an ice cream cake from a very nice employee who confirmed with the owner (elderly Asian woman )that she was able to build it as soccer ball cake since the only picture was that of a baseball. The owner concurred it was good to go (fyi-was charged an extra $12.00 to make it a soccer ball,why I'm not real sure). When we came to pickup she had built it as a baseball., even though the order had soccer ball written all over it per the order by employee. We needed to postpone party arrangements in order for them to remake the cake as a soccer ball, which took approximately 3 hours since now it had to be refrozen again. Upon the second return trip back, the owner was very rude and reluctant to even discuss reimbursement for our time and trouble. She was mostly worried about her profit. She Offered $8.00 discount. Very poor customer service by the owner of this neighborhood ice cream shop. We will definitely be going elsewhere for any further ice cream needs.
