YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. I have been trying to cancel/change a reservation for over a month and EVERY SINGLE TIME I CALL I am on hold until I rage quit. we're talking 45-60 minutes.

Even more frustrating is how the hold message repeats over and over how there is an easy and convenient online cancel button, except when you actually go online to do it, a pop-up comes up telling you you actually can't cancel online and you have to call the customer service number OF DOOM again.
Guess I will be losing out on a few hundred bucks as I LITERALLY CAN NOT CANCEL THIS FLIGHT. This is beyond bad customer service. THIS IS ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'll never use them again. Ever.
