  • Worst gymnastics experience ever. The owner refuses to return phone calls or emails and has over-billed our family twice. There is rarely anyone at the front desk and no one EVER answers the phone. Tiffany has no place running a business and her customer service is pathetic. The only plus to Rebound West is the cheap Saturday night kids play. We are thrilled to be back at Sunrays where they actually know what they're doing.
