  • I booked the car service online 2 days in advance to take my parents to the Sky Harbor. The DRIVER DIDN'T SHOW UP!!! On their web site they say they are available 24/7-that's not true. When I tried to call them at 5 am (that was the pick up time), answering machine kindly asked me to call back during working the hours which are 9 to 5. Don't use them if still want to catch your flight.
