The PA was nice and there was almost no wait and the front desk person was very polite. Those are the pros.
The cons: no one washes their hands. The PA didn't sanitize her hands before palpating my lymph nodes and looking in my mouth/ears/listening to my lungs (at least not in the room...but how many people have touched that door handle). She sanitized them on her way out...
The tech who took my vitals and swabbed my throat didn't wash her hands or use hand sanitizer once, and never wore gloves . I'm sure she sees lots of patients too. Washing hands is important, people!!
In conclusion: no wait time, nice people, good PA, but hand hygiene is what ultimately prevents the scary stuff.
