| - This location doesn't even deserve the one star I rated them, if I could have given 0 stars I would have. I had not only the worst massage in my entire life but the worst overall experience EVER, and I have cancelled my membership recently and would advise anyone thinking of getting a membership against it!! I question weather or not my massage therapist CHRISTINE was even a LMT?! Seriously! I have been getting massages for 20 years and believe me had my share of bad ones, BUT NEVER, EVER THIS BAD!! I had a 90 min massage with Christine that had me leaving extremely unsatisfied and quite frankly PISSED OFF! I went in mainly because of my neck, back and shoulders and she acknowledged that, but when it came to it she never even touched my neck!! She rubbed across my upper back but never once massaged my shoulders! I think she might be confused about where the shoulders are on the human body!! Seriously feel like I spent 90 mins and $120 dollars for someone to rub lotion on my body, because I received NO MASSAGE!! She even asked how my back was feeling once I turned over. I was honest and told her that it felt exactly the same as when I came in, at which she only scoffed. Did not ask why or if there was anything else she could do, or did she maybe miss something... nope, she only scoffed at me!!! I can not stress how HORRIBLE this massage was. I am now just as sore as when I walked in, stressed out and extremely pissed off! Not only that but the manager wouldn't even get off their ass to find out why I was so disappointed!! They just offered me a free massage for next time and only a 60min might I add, when I had payed for a 90min. I mean the manager obviously doesn't care about their customers or quality of their massage therapists and thinks they can just give away massages and everyone will be happy! WELL REALITY CHECK TIME! If the manager would have at least taken the time to come out and address the obvious problem with me personally, I might not be so upset right now! Instead the manager didn't even take the time to talk to me so it just added fuel to the fire and got me even more pissed off, and further proves these people and the company massage envy does not care about their customers and only care about the money! They even recently raised their prices!! Quality of massage and customer service goes down but the price goes up??? This place is a joke and they should be ashamed of their-selfs for running such a horrible business! I have been getting massages for around 4 years at different Massage Envy's in town mainly because of the convenience, but after today I'm done with this company. Furthermore, I would warn ANYONE especially my family DO NOT GO TO ANY MASSAGE ENVY! THEY HAVE MEDIOCRE LMT's AND EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Oh and I forgot to mention another thing... when I was first being escorted to my room by Christine as we got to the door she said "can you please have a seat for me, right there in that chair in the corner". Like WTF? I was confused cause no one had ever said that to me before but I did what she said and sat in the chair. She then started going over my medical form I filled out and immediately started trying to sell me upgrades! Im sorry but I thought I was here to get a massage, not to buy a car. Seriously had to say no, several times to several different offers before I even got massage. So yeah I guess you can say I not only had a horrible massage but the worst experience ever!
