  • Was very upset. Myself and one other family member are vegetarians. This restaurant does not cater to vegetarians at all. We both ordered a dish with chicken. We asked for the chicken to be taken off and replaced with a side of vegetables. Waitress was happy to accommodate. Manager on duty this particular night did not want to accommodate us. The manager charged us full price for the pasta dish without the chicken. And charged us for the side of vegetables. We will not ever go back to Brio. Very disappointed in this restaurant. Shame on you, Brio of West Lake, Ohio in Crocker Park.
