  • My roommate and I came in to this ulta to get matched to a foundation. It was a rough start with being taken all over the store by one employee and then she just disappeared without a trace. Then another employee Britney came to help us. She was so amazing! She matched my roommate first and listened to everything she had to say and offered her products that actually worked! She didn't just try to upsell. One she matched my roommate she then moved onto me. Again she was listening to everything I was telling her about my skin type. She then matched me to a product and it was so amazing! Then we went to checkout and again had such a pleasant experience with the cashiers. I would definitely recommend going to this ulta and asking for Britney! We both left feeling super confident in the products she matched us with!
