Customer Service and ordering supplies were done incorrectly. Try a different supplier who would not get your order wrong or communicate ineffectively. If you dispute your bill, their CS will not let you speak to their Supervisor and then hang up the phone. You cannot contact their local office (Charlotte, NC) because all calls are done through their Call Center. I wonder what they do to those Reps who yell and hang up the phone when you only are trying to rectify their billing error. I'm contacting the BBB on how they handle their bills, not recording conversations as expressed nor writing proper notes on the account when a customer calls in.
