rev:text	I took my dog in here and talked about what i wanted and how my dog is normally groomed. Talked about pics we were looking at and everything. They knew what i wanted. Shes a shih tzu/maltese mix. My husband had to pick her up and i didnt get to see her until i got home. She looks like a rat and they cut off all her hair even her ears! She has no hair anywhere and looks horrible! I will be calling tomorrow to complain. I attached a pic to show how horrible she looks.
