  • STOP. RUN. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. Stay away from this company. Both renters and owners/landlords be aware! Literally the worst property management company to rent from. There were many red flag warnings prior to us moving into the property. 1. They have their tenants watch a homemade video on a laptop in their office, before giving keys to the property about how to change light bulbs, unclog drains and fix things so that you do not contact them. They advise you if you contact them for something you can fix yourself they will charge you for it. 2. You can not pay online, so unless you are renting a property in the Summerlin area be prepared to trek across the city to pay rent. 3. The property agent claimed it would be cleaned before we moved in as it smelled like cheap air freshener was dumped all over the house to cover a smell and it was dusty. The house was in the same shape when we received our keys. After moving into the property we had the fridge go out and all of our food spoil, because we were out of town for a few days when it happened. All of the electrical switches were compromised, you had to hit the wall for the switch to work (in almost every room). The kitchen sink stopped working all together, I was without a fully functioning kitchen for 3 weeks and each time I called in to ask what the hold up was I was told "You have a functioning kitchen, your stove isn't broken." Really?! Because I have no running water in the kitchen and can not wash my infants bottles, pots, pans or dishes?! Each time something went wrong it took literally 2+ weeks to have it replaced or fixed, or have the owner of the property sent out without notice to inspect for himself, which is illegal. In the state of Nevada they are required to give 48 hour notice, just to tell me that "It's just something were going to have to live with, even though it is an inconvenience, as the lights still work." When you call in with an issue they transfer you to a woman that speaks broken Chinese/English, "I don't know what to tell you pay your rent or move out!" is her response to the properties issues and malfunctions. So if I don't like having to hit the wall for the lights to come on or want a functioning kitchen or a functioning fridge, I should move out? Aren't those things that should be a standard requirement not a luxury? At the end of our lease (2 months prior to the end) they unlawfully changed our locks and locked us out of our house with our belongings still inside. On the 2nd to be exact. There was no 5 day pay or quit and we have receipts for prior months rent payment. When we contacted them they said there was a late fee from the month prior that was not paid and they evicted us because of it. Really?! I think that sounds pretty illegal. We contacted our attorney and they are in the process of compiling a law suit, as well as contacting the local news networks. They also had the nerve to send us to collections for the following 2 months rent that we were unable to be in the home, since they locked us out! Scam artist, worst experience ever!
