DON'T DO IT!!!! DON'T SIGN HERE!! Hmmmm I've tried giving them the benefit of doubt. Not anymore - My patience is done. Everything is true that you are reading here 4 this place. Only I seen shyt get done here was when Melissa took over in management and she almost had my boyfriend and I convinced to sign another year to lock in our rent at the rate we have it. She says that after all the work is done the rent is going to go for $750+ for a one bedroom. I personally told her that's BULLSHIT due to the conditions the tenants have to live and deal with here.
Since February '16 I have dealt drug dealings, neighbors who are a nuisance when drunk (literally kick & throw each other down the stairs), car vandalism (gas being syphoned from cars, gas caps disappearing, windshields being busted and break ins), water being shut off for hours at a time with no notice, repairs that can get done quicker if the tenants do it themselves, lies after lies - shyt this list can go on n on.
Now there's this thing that is on your ledger that managment has in your file called "UPGRADE CHARGE" & this fee is $50. Have y'all ever questioned it? Hmmm we have & been told that it's because if you have "faux wood flooring & upgraded appliances" in you unit it's automatic!!!
I have already contacted First Communities headquarters and that's when Melissa was brought in. Things temporarily got better for the month that she was here, but it's definitely spiraling downward again.
