  • The service was great. The worker, Jenn, was very helpful and knowledgeable of the product. She is very friendly and kind. She thought us Hawaiian words and taught us how to pick appropriate gifts for a school staff. The cookies were delicious. It was a real pleasure going to the store. It was almost as if we were actually in Hawaii. If you like authentic Hawaiian items, you should come to the Honolulu Cookie Company in the Palazzo. This experience was great, so much that we want to go there every day.
