This is probably the worst dealership in Concord nc I went there a couple weeks ago to see about a manufacturer default on a crv for air conditioning not working and a drivers window issue for which there's a known recall on
for which I was charged 145.00 dollars. With an estimate of 5,000 dollars why I bought the car brand new in 2006 I made it known when I brought it in I was here about defect and still was charged any way for them to look into these problems. I paid but was assured theywould call Honda's headquarters to see if my window can be fixed again per the the manager but remember my car vin # wasn't in the recall. Long story short they never followed up with me and I called and never received a call back. Very shady poor customer service Honda of Concord are the worst especially for women no respect non trustworthy money hungry liars beware
