  • We've been going to Cheyenne West Animal Hospital for almost 10 yrs. In all that time, from the front desk, the techs, the Pharmacist and the Doctors, we've been treated respectfully. Not only that, but with every appointment, their doctor never makes me feel rushed when checking our cats or in answering our questions. Dr. Hewitt (as does Dr. Lopez) never hesitates in making sure I understand what is going on (when there is a problem) or what a procedure entails. The front desk gals always greet me with a smile from the time I walk in the door to the time I leave, and with how long I've gone there, they know me by name. Even with the length of time I've gone, I've never been treated badly nor have I ever had a moment of regret. Everyone there treats our cats with care, even when we've had to let them go over the Rainbow Bridge. My experience with Cheyenne West Animal Hospital has been nothing but wonderful. I'm very grateful I found them when we first moved here to Las Vegas. They truly care about our pets and aren't money-hungry as the other place I went to right after moving here. Thank you so much to everyone who works at Cheyenne West...as a customer, I truly appreciate all of you.
