I wish I would have read the recent reviews before! It's sad to hear that I wasn't the only one that received HORRIBLE customer service. I was in there for not even 5 minutes before I decided to walk out because how the lady (short hair a little older and glasses) was speaking to me.
I came in she asked for my ID and insurance card and I explained to her (like I did over the phone when I made the appointment) that I do not have a hard copy of my insurance card because it's the beginning of the year and a new insurance so they haven't sent them out yet. She said "okay, but I still need your drivers license" and I gave it to her. She asked me to fill something out while I was showing her the picture of my insurance card in my phone and told me rudely that I was showing her the wrong insurance card so I then showed her the vision card and she started entering the information on her computer and said I only have my check up covered today, then I explain I should have 150 dollars cover for either lenses or frames and she said "oh I see you only have it covered for frames." I explained I don't wear frames I only wear contacts and I told her I would have to confirm this information with my mom since she has all the insurance information. I called my mom and explained that she says I can only get frames and the lady butts in and says "no you only have your appointment covered for today." YOU LITERALLY JUST SAID I HAVE MY CHECK UP AND FRAMES AVAILABLE" I asked her if I can cancel my appointment and she said "yes" happily and I asked for my ID back and left.
Will not recommend anyone to come here. Very rude and horrible customer service.
