  • I'm only giving one star as the bar was cute. But other than that our experience was below average. We had high expectations from a place we heard such great things about. We expected better service and from the moment we got there we did not feel welcome. Our server seemed very annoyed that she had to take care of us. She was rude and unaccommodating. We were celebrating my birthday in a large group and the server refused to split checks and it was hard to get her to our table to assist us with anything. Our server was kira and the whole night she was not pleasant and repeatedly yelled at us that they are not able to split checks on her system. We all work in the service industry in our group and while splitting checks is inconvenient we are well aware it is possible. She was very argumentative and we all understand how annoying splitting checks can be but some of our group left earlier than others and simply wanted to close out their drinks. Our drinks were not made well, they were very inconsistent. The bartender was not helpful when we asked to fix our drinks that were good the first round but horrible the second round. Kira even said she tried the second round and agreed they were bad drinks. She did help when the drinks needed replacing due to being made poorly. Overall, we would not go back as we received terrible service. The server Kira said that as we were in the industry we should already know how it is. She seemed to be pleasant the other tables but sadly she completely ruined our time here. The drink menu was nice but the execution of the drinks was not good For average of $15-20 drinks they should at least taste good.
