I was told that the chef at the Pig & Pickle used to be the chef at the Atlas Bistro, so I had very high hopes for Pig & Pickle. I went with my family & for the five of us, we shared three apps and five entrees. The tostada & the buffalo shanks were both pretty good, but the charcuterie plate was forgettable. Of the five entrees ordered, nothing rocked my boat all that much, nothing wrong, but nothing right.
On the up side, the service was excellent. The waiter was really nice & didn't seem to be bothered by my family's tendency to be a little boisterous.
One thing that did annoy me... I was the designated driver, so I ordered a diet cola with dinner. Out came a diet cola in a cute bottle. It was good but not no refills good for a three dollar soda.
I probably won't be back, not because it was bad, but I know where to get better.
