| - Ohhhhh Gappppp, you came and you gave without taking, but I sent you away.. ohhhh Gappppp!
Gap Adventures is my first experience booking a vacation with a company. Usually I plan out where I want to go and what I want to see, and I book everything on my own. It's a tiring process, so I was more than happy to leave it to the capable hands of GAP Adventures.
GAP adventures for those who don't know, they are a travel company that specialize in adventure travel. They have pre-planned vacations all over the world and you go with a small group of individuals. The one I've booked is the "Absolute Peru" adventure, a 21-day adventure filled trip!
Pricewise, GAP is pretty reasonable. Expect to pay a little over $500 a week. Not too bad considering everything is included (some but not all meals). The types of activities that we are planned to do, if I were to have planned a trip of similar magnitude, I would never have gotten in half the activities in.
Though they do have a lot of information on their website, you're bound to come up with more questions and concerns. Our travel specialist, Marissa, has been nothing short of helpful, answering all of our questions and doing it within a day or two. I'm extremely impressed with the service we've received at GAP.
I don't know how the tour will go, I'll have to update this review later. But all in all, GAP has been impressive thus far.
