  • We've used several Valley A/C companies over the years. Scottsdale Air has impressed us the most. The service technicians have been courteous and prompt, calling with a lead time on their arrival and then actually showing up when promised. I've only had to call Scottsdale Air twice, but both times, I was able to get service within a day, even during peak heat times. Their pricing is competitive. When we've had a question about a repair, they've been approachable and happy to answer our questions. Our second visit was due to user error that someone in our home created, but the technician was super kind and courteous and didn't make us feel like dummies. A heating and a/c company is the kind of company you hope you don't HAVE to call, but when you inevitably do, call Scottsdale Air Heating & Cooling.
