  • I lived at Lakeview at the Bay for 5 years with my daughter. At first it was wonderful; safe, scenic and comfortable. During our last year everything changed. Maintenance staff went from being friendly and prompt to being unprofessional and everything BUT timely. We lived with a kitchen sink that wouldn't drain for 5 weeks and called the office every other day to be told that they had put in the order. My daughter was almost assaulted by a roaming (large breed) dog that shouldn't even live in that complex. And each time I talked to the manager Jordan, she was defensive, reactive and almost blaming. The final straw for us was that the beautiful streams that once flowed regularly stopped flowing. They didn't flow until we moved. All we saw were mosquitoes, stinky leftover rainwater and no attempt to fix the problem. We found a similar two bedroom apartment down the street with new appliances, cleaner grounds and extremely professional and proactive staff. We really do hope they have gotten their act back together. In the beginning, it was a wonderful place.
