  • We are new to the area and were needed to find a place to board our Weim for a week while we returned to our old state. I found Critter Care on Groupon. I called to arrange boarding and from the first hello by the receptionist, Melanie, I knew had chosen the right place! She was very friendly and so helpful. We had a pre-exam before boarding with Dr Hussey, who was awesome! She was able to Mia at ease right away. Also, she didn't try and run up a bill by saying this or that shot was needed or she needed her teeth cleaned, etc. The "Critter Crew" came to get Mia and they took us back to the area where she would stay, explained everything to us. They even encourage you to bring your pups toys to make them feel more secure. They texted us a picture of Mia half way through her stay. When we went to pick her up, they had even given her a bath. I am very pleased with everyone at Critter Care and we will use them from now on.
