Called over a week ahead to get an appointment. Four things wrong with the car. Dropped off at 8:25 am. Expected it to take awhile. Called at 3pm. Service advisor told me that car was still looking to get the tint fixed. 7 hours later and nothing done????? Then he says it would be covered by warranty. Added bs about it not normally being covered. I only wanted it fixed because another technician said it was a defect and coveted by Findlay 100%. He then said he wouldn't have time to get to my defective door handle or dash rattle because he chose to do the tint first and I would have to come back next week. So instead of having my issues under warranty fixed. One was. He did say he could perform an oil change--which I am paying for. This is pathetic service. Colton is the name of my service person. This service department tarnishes the Honda name.
