I truly wish they would go back to the phone system. Waiting all day at the dmv is just a sad excuse to waste the day. When I walked in this Monday the line was over an hour wait. I'm 8 months pregnant and can't stand that long so I went to the handicap lane to see if they would help me out. When I approached the counter, I explained that I'm sure pregnancy isn't considered handicap but there wasn't anyway I could stand in that line for an hour. The lady looks over to the other lady on her side and says with an attitude..I don't know. Do you know how it works for pregnant women? As they decided to go back and forth about debating wether they knew what the policy was. I got frustrated and disappointed they would even do that at this point. That's horrible customer service if you ask me. Anyway, I walked outside to sit for a few min and walked back in and happen to notice there was another woman helping at the handicap lane. I want to say her name was Cassandra, she was the sweetest lady to have had the opportunity to speak with. It's people like her that respect other people. My experience here has always been pretty decent. I'm glad she could turn it around for me.
